Service Description
Reflective practice for MH professionals, Allied Health & Coaches to explore case consultation, seek guidance, support, share resources, build confidence and make connections. Peer Supervision supports: - Ethical decision-making and risk management - Professional development and wellbeing - Accountability to standards (not performance management) What to Expect: Peer Supervision Guidelines Professional & Emotional Check-in (5–10 min) Case Presentation (15–20 min) Presenter Outlines: - Context & client needs - Clinical question or dilemma - What they want from the group (reflection, ideas, ethics, risk) Clarifying Questions (5 min) Reflective Discussion (15–25 min) Hypotheses Ethical considerations Risk formulation Theoretical perspectives Feedback to Presenter (10 min) Presenter reflections what helped/what's next? Learning Summary & Close (5 min) What did the group learn? Any themes?

Cancellation Policy
You will need to schedule for each peer supervision session monthly, which you can do up to 60 days in advance. There are limited spaces for peer supervision, as this is a free provision, please respect the service with your attendance once booked, or timely notification/cancellation to allow others to sign up & participate.
