Service Description
If you have an active referral with Open Arms and allocated to our clinician, you can schedule in your appointment here. Please ensure any cancellations or reschedule requests are provided within 48 hours of your session time. If more than 2 appointments are missed during a referral period, your case may be closed & you'll need to reapply for support.
Cancellation Policy
To support our practitioners & waitlist, we require 48 hours notice for cancellations & rescheduling requests, otherwise your session is non-refundable.
