Your breath is not the basic bitch she's been sold to you as being. She is strong, she is powerful, she is more accomplished than you give her credit for. Breathing is one of the greatest hacks to health, that whilst we all do (y'know, to fundamentally stay alive), we don't do it well. Using it for maximum benefit is super easy, a little boring, but definitely worthwhile. That's a fair summary I would say, but the goal is to be centred on your breath, using it meaningfully.
